Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Delivery Times

  • Economy Shipping (United States): 3–6 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, order value, and delivery location.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking updates are provided directly by the carrier.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly for assistance. We are not responsible for packages once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

International Shipping

We currently ship orders within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.


Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation or receipt)
  • All returns must be pre-approved by our support team before being sent back
  • Unauthorized returns may be refused or rejected
