I was hesitant to order from a website I've never heard of, but I'm always on the hunt for Biafine (especially Biafine ACT) as it's the best thing for keeping my hands soft and happy. I have lupus and raynauds and deal with digital ulcers and generally have very rough (yet hyper sensitive!) skin. This stuff is the real deal! Order came quickly, and I was so happy to finally get my hands on the BIG, standard tubes of Biafine - when I've ordered from other websites, the tubes are tiny for the same price or cost even more! Highly recommend if you're based in the US and didn't stock up enough the last time you were in France, and highly recommend if you deal with any kind of autoimmune/skin disorder. So grateful! Will be ordering more very soon
