Gaviscon Advance works great with the same Sodium Alginate as other higher priced reflux options at 1/2 the price. Plus the benefit of not having to swallow capsules with water 30 minutes before bedtime. You can use it when you need it.

My ENT recommended this as an alternative to Omeprazole for silent reflux. They do exactly as I hoped, stopping the burning and pain, and my fingers are crossed you carry them forever!

Love it, works really good, doesn’t taste to. Ad, and it gives me the confidence to know that acid won’t be backing up in my throat when I’m sleeping.

I love the texture.

Works amazing

I have been taking this vitamin for many years and am happy that I was able to to get these easily form upolife thank again great service

Wow, this stuff really works. Long lasting and still natural with no residue to get on my clothes. I had a perfumer recommend this product as he does not allow chemicals on his person that could be dangerous. I’m so glad to have tried this brand. We need to blow this up on TIKTOK and Reels.

Great! Exactly what I needed and it was a good price.

The website was easy to navigate, and the product arrived safely packaged and very quickly.

Have been using for a week and IT WORKS! Nothing else was working for me but this is magical. I was using every night and got a bit of irritation so I’m transitioning to every other night and it seems to be ok.

It's effective and better than other products. And I like the Aniseed flavor one.
